We set out to create something different and new; and that’s exactly what we have achieved.

I have to admit that in our morning meetings there is already a noticeable difference.

I am very satisfied with the development in the leadership group. They speak with one voice now. That is good.

I am very pleased with the new collaboration in the team. That is a very valuable thing and development.

This new style of leadership has captured company culture without losing objectivity or honesty.

It was a difficult group today. There was a lot of group dynamics. But for what we wanted to do as a group today, that was exactly the right thing.

Opening people up to feelings is not easy. But it was good. It worked.

I learned that even team members who I usually consider to be open don’t communicate openly in difficult situations where they are pulled out of their comfort zone. This means that I will have to address them quite differently in such situations in the future.

Today, that was exactly in line with the yearning of the spirit of the age. People long for more community, and only those who have a functioning community can be successful. That applies to the company, to the family, to sports. My team and I have learned how to support that.

I took away today how important it is to hear other opinions. As a leader, I often go into meetings thinking I know what’s going to happen. Today I learned that the other opinion, if I let it, can bring out a lot of value.

We are all alpha animals. Where we are is in front. We have to do and do so that things continue. There is no place for feelings. But today I have learned to listen, to allow opinions.

It would have been interesting to have production and sales people in one workshop to help to “reduce” boundaries between these two.
